Stapled Magazines, insert enclosure in connection with stapling

Glue-drop insert

Size min: 60 x 80 mm

Size max: 210 x 230 mm -> must be 20 x 30 mm smaller than the main product

Location of glue drop: approximately in the middle

Number/placement of inserts: max. 2 pcs. Page locations to be confirmed with print press.

Placement/multi-page insert: spine parallel with lower edge

Target accuracy: 5 mm

Min. size on top of magazine: 35 x 50 mm

Size max: 300 x 420 mm, insert enclosure of inserts that are larger than the main product must be confirmed with the print press

Placement: inside magazine, between random pages and all inserts in same location on top/under magazine

Packaging

Product samples:

  • ordered in the same way, rows and layers separated with cardboard and packed in boxes

Other:

  • box packaging on pallets or inserts with the largest possible turns without sleeves
  • compact pallet packaging
  • inserts for different magazines to be packed on their own pallets

The following markings must be indicated on the boxes/pallets and the waybill/consignment note:

  • name of insert
  • quantity/unit
  • quantity/consignment
  • name and number of main product

Other:

Excess inserts are sent to storage or disposed

The customer is responsible for any transport or disposal costs.
